Located just east of I-75, the small community of Laurel Meadows consists of 85 concrete block constructed homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,800 sq.Ft. with three to four bedrooms. Many of the homes have pools with screened enclosures and three car garages. Built between 2001 and 2003, modern designs, open kitchens with family, living, and dining rooms are common. Master suites feature grand bath rooms with walk-in closets. The location is central with quick access to Bee Ridge and Fruitville Roads and convened access to shopping and the interstate. 

Lot size ranges range from 10,000 to just under 15,000 sq.ft. Premiums are normal for cul-de-sac and lake view lots. The neighborhood tends to be quite as the roads do not offer a pass-through to other areas. Laurel Meadows Blvd is the only access in and out. The four streets are named Province, Vintage, Bernberry and Yarberry with the last two being cul-de-sac streets.  

Low HOA fees help keep the cost of ownership down while maintaining an impressive community entry and the serenity of the quiet lakes. While not overly strict, it is also a nice way to help keep the community as a whole looking attractive and thereby protecting home values for all.
