Oakleaf in Central Sarasota

Oakleaf is a small well-kept deed-restricted community of 80 homes located off Proctor Road just west of McIntosh Rd.   Homes are constructed with stucco over concrete block and were built between 1994 and 2001. 

The community is highly sought after for it’s quality construction, generous features, and  convenient location just minutes from the interstate, Siesta Key Beach and shopping.  The homes are well kept and the streets are quite as there is only one way in and out of the subdivision via Oakleaf Drive.  Most homes will be a traditional Florida split-plan design with open kitchens, large master suites, and inviting family rooms.  Expect to see tile floors in the main areas of the homes along with functional breakfast bars, forma living and dinging rooms, and interior laundry rooms. The homes are bright and many have screened in pools as well.

Home sizes range from 2,000 on the small end to over 3,400 square feet.  Lots can back to one of the two lakes and there will be a slight pricing premium for those homes.  Lot sizes are generally between 10,000 and 11,000 square feet.

From time to time there may not be any listings here as turnover remains low and the community is small.
 
Schools in Oakleaf are Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle and Sarasota High School.
