Country Manor is a small 82 home deed-restricted community located at the northeast corner of Proctor Road and Sawyer Rd.  It is centrally located in the 34233 zip code and is convenient to shopping, the interstate, and the beaches of Sarasota including the top ranked Siesta Key Beach.  It’s quick trip of no more than 10 minutes to arrive about anywhere in Sarasota.

Construction started in 1991 and was completed (for the most part) by 1998.  Home sizes range from 1,700 sq. ft. up to over 3.500 sq. ft. and will have four or five bedrooms.  All homes are concrete block construction, most homes will have screened lanais with pools, and at least a two or three car garage.

Country Manor is also in the desirable Riverview School district.  Ashton Elementay and Sarasota Middle school are for the lower grades.
