Three Oaks is a deed-restricted community of 272 well built homes located on the north and south sides of Proctor Road between Gantt Road and Honroe Avenue.  The homes are luxurious and at the same time quite affordable.   With home sizes starting at just over 2,000 square feet, larger homes will top the 4,000 square foot mark.  Construction took place from 1998 to 2004 so expect higher ceilings and all the modern “I wants” in these homes. 

Three Oaks homes are all stucco over concrete block with tile roofs.  Expect three or four bedrooms and at least two full baths (although many have three.  All home have at least a two car garage but there are several with a three-car garage. Naturally, all homes will have high ceilings, open foyers, and inviting formal living and dining rooms.  Crown moldings were also a favorite option.

A partial list of the features include custom kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, wrap around breakfast bars and even a whole house surround sound system.  Kitchens are large and generally flow with over-sized family rooms that open to lanais and even a caged pool area.  Home offices were also prevalent.  The mater suites are large with double closets and granite sinks, majestic whirlpool or garden tubs and walk-in showers.

The location is ideal with the interstate and shopping just a few minutes away.  Of course, the #1 ranked beach, Siesta Key Beach was ranked #1 in 2011.   Lot sizes start at 10,000 square feet and a few lots came in over 15,000 square feet.

The schools for Three Oaks are Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle and the desirable Riverview Senior High School.
