Huntington Pointe is a gated, well-maintained deed-restricted community of 202 home sites located within desirable Palmer Ranch.  Lee Wetherington was one of the builders here during the construction period from 1991 to 1996.  The homes are block constructed with tile roofs and range in size from 1,700 to 2,900 square feet.
