Both options offer lake views and garages, with some also boasting swimming pools. The Cayman model features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car rear-entry detached garage. The Catalina features three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a one-car, front-entry garage.

In addition to enjoying easy access to all that the Palmer Ranch area has to offer.  Village Walk boasts a number of onsite amenities. Some of these include a state-of-the-art fitness center, 6 Har Tru lighted tennis courts and heated lagoon and lap pools. The Village Town Center offers a gas station, a salon, a restaurant, gift shops, banking facilities, a post office and more. The community is also known for its beautiful lakes, walking baths, biking paths and bridges.
