On-site management is there to tend to the needs of the community.

Street names include Glenrose, Players, Breezeway, Wingate, and Castlebridge.

Pinestone is a two level condo with the upper units being the larger units with a second level loft style master along with views in the premium units that overlook greenspace and/or water. These units feature vaulted ceilings and are bright and open. The lower levels still have all the benefits without the higher price points for those who are budget minded.

Investors may also be interested in owning at Pinestone due to the ability to rent the units quickly for three month minimums up to four times per year. Owners can have up to two 30 pound pets. Tenants are not allowed to have pets.

Shopping for every day-to-day need can be found within a 5 or 10 minute drive. The YMCA is just around the corner. Siesta Key, the #1 beach in the US is just a quick 10 minute drive away as is the interstate headed in the opposite direction. For bikers or runners, if the endless miles of sidewalks aren’t enough, there is always the Legacy Trail.
