Red Hawk Reserve is a private gated community conveniently located just east of I-75 off Clark Road across from the 123 acre Twin Lakes Park.  Phase one has 75 completed home sites.  Red Hawk Reserve has the unique feature in that the planning for the community gives each home either a lake or preserve view from the lanai.  In other words, no home backs to another home for the ultimate in privacy.

Phase Two is now under construction featuring Gibraltar Homes, Waterford Homes, Bruce Williams Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes.  If you have another builder in mind for your new home, that part of your lot reservation as long as all neighborhood architectural standards are met.

Homes will range in size from 2,400 square feet up to over 4,000 square feet.  All homes are block construction and will have a three-car garage.  The first homes in Red Hawk Preserve were sold in 2005. You can expect a pool as most of the homes have a caged pool and lanai area.
