Home sizes run from just under 2,500 up to almost 5,000 square feet. The first homes were built in section 1 in 1991 with construction wrapping up in section 2 in 2003. Most homes will have a private pool and at least a two if not a three car garage. Other amenities include out-door kitchens, open gathering and kitchen areas, high ceilings, tile roofs, multiple sliders that open to the lanai, grand master suites with double sinks, vanities and separate shower and sitting tubs. You might also find a fireplace or office in some as well.
Lot sizes generally run from ½ to 1 acre but a few are more than an acre. The streets are wide and tree lined with the homes being set back quite a distance from the road. With plenty of space between each home, what other developments consider “estate lots” are the norm here.
