We prominently display the website address we pick just for your property right on the sign. People today are more likely to forget their wallet before they forget their smartphone and the website allows them to access the photos, video and full MLS information while they are driving by your home.
And of course, the neighbors will also check out your home as well. We believe the best salesperson for your home can be one of your neighbors. After all, they are great advocates to friends and family they know of your neighborhood. The more people that talk about your home, the faster we can sell it. Neighbor to neighbor marketing is very-very powerful and we take it very seriously – both on and off-line.
There are two types of marketing for real estate - Reactive and proactive. You're probably very familiar with reactive marketing. It is in the form of the real estate flyer in a box on the sign. This form of marketing is reactive because all the person has to is pick up a flyer (or 10) from the box. There is no benefit to you as a seller as we have no idea who took the flyer or how to get in touch with them. Of course, flyers can blow around in the wind and wind up in the neighbor’s lawn and they will know where they came from. That is reactive.

Fliers are reactive marketing but we still utilize print marketing when we list your home. Since our photos are magazine quality, we use the photos to send out stunning just listed postcards to all the neighbors as well as taking full advantage of the 50 photo slots in the MLS. We also put together one-off high-quality information packs we like to provide the buyer at all showings. This helps to answer detailed questions and further ingrains the images and feel of your home.
