When Hollywood releases a new movie, there's strategy and a process.
It is almost a daily event for us to receive an email from one of our buyers requesting more photos for a new MLS listing and usually, it's because there is this big rush by the listing agent to get the listing out there. When we call the listing agent to get the photos, the typical answer is that the photos won’t be done for a few days.
We only have one shot at a first impression and putting our best foot forward doesn’t include a couple of cell phone photos. Understand, when a listing goes 'live" on the MLS, it will be distributed throughout just about every real estate website in the world. If photos, video, 3D images, and all of the media is not ready for a coordinated release, going live is a mistake. The approach to rush the listing into the MLS misses the mark and winds up costing you both money and time.
Hollywood doesn’t just finish editing production and then immediately release it. They want to create a buzz and excitement around their launch date. They want fans to come from miles around to see their premier and want lines out the door and around the block.
When it comes to selling your home, photos need to be taken, video and drone footage needs to be shot, edited and produced. Unique ad copy needs to be written, edited, and reviewed for keywords for each of the channels we promote through. Even with a well-defined process, it takes time to create buzz and excitement.
When we launch a new property, we model our approach around the steps Hollywood takes. We have a very systematic approach that creates both urgency and scarcity for your home. We use all of the media that we create for your home to create a social buzz about It coming on the market. Following OUR process allows us to generate excitement causing buyers to come from miles away to see your home. This process that we follow has been refined over and over again and is extremely exclusive to our team. Literally, no one can create the buzz and excitement we create when we put a new home on the market.
Following our process is a huge part of how we sell homes over the average price and under the average days on the market.
