Units are from 500+ square feet for a one-bedroom, one-bath unit up to 1800+ for three-bedroom 2/3 bath configurations.  The majority will be two-bedroom two-bath arrangements with approximately 1200 square feet.  Corner units have two balconies with sweeping views of sandy white beaches and view of Siesta Key.Being one of the more upscale buildings, owners have generally upgraded their places with granite counter tops, high end counters and appliances, and quality flooring and finishes. Terrace East, while not directly on the Gulf shares many of the views and benefits of location right across the street and a slightly lower price point at 5300 Ocean Blvd.  Featuring just 45 units built in 1973; this could be an alternative for more living space or less cost.

Terrace and Terrace East both lend themselves to an exquisite setting for seasonal or full time residents.  The rental policy for Terrace is a two-month minimum six times per year.  Terrace East is a one-year minimum for those wishing to lease out their property.

Fees include a full-time manager, security, pool, exterior building maintenance, building and flood insurance, reserves, basic cable, pest control, trash, and water/sewer.
