To some, the Siesta Key lifestyle has more to do with boating and a tropical island feel as opposed to days spent on the beach.  Boca Siesta offers a luxurious tropical setting amid manicured grounds.  There are wonderful views across the intra-coastal waterway amongst the backdrop of the lights of south Sarasota.  Boat slips offer direct access to aquatic adventures found in many of the little hidden places in the bay or even out to the Gulf.  If you still want your beach time, don’t worry, the top rated beach Siesta Key is known for is just about a half a mile away. 

Built in 1984, the main condominium building at 5911 Midnight Pass Road has 46 units from 1,447 to 2,260 square feet.  Configurations are from two-bedroom two-bath up to three-bedroom two and one-half baths.  Many units have had modern upgrades and some are sold turn-key furnished.  Not all units have a deeded slip so be sure to ask if you plan to keep your vessel docked here.

There were an additional three town homes built right on the intra-coastal in 2003 featuring 3,833 square feet with up to four bedrooms and baths.  These are located at 5919, 5921, and 5923 Midnight Pass and as you would expect, these three units command substantially higher prices than those found in the main building.

Expect to find amenities like a waterfront clubhouse, full balconies, a heated pool, covered parking, a tennis court, and extraordinary views!

One pet is allowed within reason.

Rentals are allowed up to four times per year and must be at least three months long.
