Our House at the Beach on Siesta Key

Our House at the Beach has two distinct areas on Siesta Key. Phase 1 is located directly on Beach Drive and offers 55 a more traditional medium-rise condominium with sweeping views of Siesta Key each. Phase 2, located on Lakehouse Circle is more of a townhome style living of 45 units with less of a direct beach view and more of a tropical oasis feel. All units were built in 1981. 

Traditional Condos - Phase 1

A traditional mid-rise condo, the 55 units here are 1,352 sq.ft. in two-bedroom, two-bath configurations on seven floors across two towers. Located at 1055 and 1001 Beach road, some will have sweeping panoramic views of Siesta Key beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Townhome Beach Living - Phase 2

Quite a contrast but still offering access to Siesta Key beach with a quick walk, residences here are a townhouse style design with 1,204 sq.ft. of living space with two-bedroom, two-bath arrangements and one or two car garages. The sounds of the soothing fountains are relaxing and a wonderful way to unwind. Doesn’t the coffee smell wonderful!

Some amenities include tennis courts, a heated pool/spa.  In addition to assigned parking, there are also ample guest parking spaces. 

Rentals are one-week minimums twenty-six times per year which is very advantageous if part of your real estate purchase planning involves income to cover carrying costs.
