With water located around all sides of the community, the Bay Tree Club is the ideal choice for the water enthusiast.  As with all properties on Midnight Pass, the even addresses are gulf side while odd numbers are bayside.

With its beach access and private deep-water boating docks, the Bay Tree Club community offers the best of both worlds for the water enthusiast. The beautiful Myakka River State Park is located just 17 miles away, while the John and Mable Ringling Museum is about 12 miles from the community. The Mote Marine Aquarium is also located just minutes away, as is the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

Although the Bay Tree Club condo was built in 1970, the units boast a number of modern amenities and features. Units range in size from around 650 to 1,300 square feet. Emanating old-time Florida charm, the community is known for its old oak trees and towering palm trees.
