Built in 1971, the Vista Hermosa community is a condo community consisting of 89 private villas. Situated near Point of Rocks on just south of the south Siesta Key Bridge on Vista Hermosa Circle, this well-maintained community offers an idyllic location for those who wish to enjoy all that Siesta Key and the surrounding area has to offer.  Not only is the community located within walking distance to Crescent market, but it is also near shops, rental facilities for boating or jet skiing and a number of other recreational opportunities.

Residents can also take advantage of the many miles of pristine beaches to enjoy romantic sunsets. There are also ample opportunities for an extended walk or jog, biking and exploring the tropical setting here on the Key.

Villas range in size from around 880 to over 1250 square feet. Homes within the community typically feature a stucco exterior and mature landscaping with manicured lawns. Homes offer one-car carport assigned parking as well as guest parking. Other features commonly found in the homes include attics, walk-in closets, tubs with showers and closet pantries within the kitchens.

Investors will like the shorter 14 day minimum rental period.  This helps keep occupancy and the cash flow rates up even during the summer months.  Units can be rented 26 times per year so it is possible to have a very high occupancy rate.
