The five building gated condominium began construction in 1979 and was completed in 1986.  The addresses are 5740-5760 Midnight Pass Road.  A total of 391 units make up the property.  The architectural design and layout of the buildings allow for both golf and lagoon views from all units.  Naturally, there are several units that will have direct gulf views or penthouses and these will be priced accordingly.  The meticulous care and maintenance of the facility continues to give owners a feel of a newer community.  Units range from 1,335 to 2,670 square feet.  Configurations are from two-bedroom two-bath to four-bedroom four-bath units.  The sheer size of the property ensures you never feel like you are on top of anyone else.  They are paver walkways that allow unfettered access to the pools, community centers and of course the beach.

Features include two heated and one lap pool, freshwater lakes with places to bar-b-q, eight lighted tennis courts, two clubhouses with pool tables and other activities, six dry saunas, a state of the art fitness center with a trainer or masseuse available if you wish.  There are also basketball and racquetball courts.  Of course, let's not forget that just beyond the private beach is access to Siesta Key Beach which is known as one of the world’s most sought after destinations in the world.

The rental policy requires a one month minimum for all tenants.  Units may be rented 12 times per year.  The longer rental period is what gives this property more of a resort feel vs. other properties with shorter term rentals.
