The beach is small, semi-private, and is perfect to pass the hours away watching the boats come and go through Big Pass which is located between Siesta and Lido Key to the north.

Just a five minute walk puts you in Siesta Key Village where there are shops, countless dining opportunities from the informal to a casual beach setting. Happy hour starts at 3:00! A few minutes further puts you right on the #1 ranked Siesta Key beach with miles of powdered white sand to relax in. Of course, you won’t want to miss one of our sunsets sharing a glass of wine with someone special!

Made up of 112 twelve units ranging from one-bedroom one-bath configurations up to spectacular four-bedroom three-bath penthouse units, there is a place for just about any budget. Some of the upper floor units will have water views as well. Unit sized run from 561 to over 2,500 square feet. Residences we first constructed in 1967 and ended in 1973.

Features include open floor plans, a community pool, fishing pier, additional storage and as we mentioned, a semi-private beach. Some units will have a garage while others have a carport. You will find in some units a fireplace, sun-deck, and upper level units might have high ceilings. The taller buildings have elevators and secure entries.  Water and sewer are also included.

Pets, within reason are allowed.

Investors or part-time residents can enjoy rental income as well which can vary from building to building up to twelve times per year with a one-month minimum
