An affordable way to get into the best location on Siesta Key are the condos at Bay Oaks. Much of the complex are three story villa style buildings with the first floor being a single unit with the two floors being a larger unit. The "E" building is a five floor tower building with traditional condos.

Bay Oaks features a heated pool, a fishing pier overlooking the intra-coastal waterway and tennis courts. Units are provided covered parking and there is ample guest parking. The Sarasota real estate market is no different than any other market when it comes to how any property is placed as far as pricing is concerned. It is always better to own the lowest cost in the market vs. the biggest and most expensive. Bay Oaks features Siesta Key and at the low end of the price spectrum. Just something to consider :)

On the investment side, Bay Oaks has a minimum rental period of one-week. So if part of your purchase involves covering costs by renting out your unit while away, this should be a condo worth considering. Some units will also have a rental history and repeat tenants just waiting to come back next year.
