Whispering Sands Condos for Sale

Whispering Sands is a 25 acre site located and the northern most end of Siesta Key Beach where Big Pass meets the Gulf of Mexico.  With a mix of 267 mid and high rise condos and semi-private villas, this is a property that offer so much to residents among the peaceful backdrop of a beach and tropical setting. Luxury and waterfront homes are what many search for when looking at the Sarasota real estate market. Whispering Sands might just fit those desires.

Being a retirement community, there is a requirement that residents who call Whispering Sands home are at least 55 years old.  If this is a second home or investment, you may be under 55.

Residents enjoy the 800 feet of private white sandy beaches Siesta Key is known for.  Beach Condos are generally two-bed two-bath units with 1,200 to 1,400 square feet and can enjoy beach or lagoon views.  There is also a very active event calendar with activities including regular lunches and happy hours in the two clubhouses or tiki-hut.

If you enjoy strolling to a nearby restaurant or want to do a bit of shopping, it’s just a quick walk down Ocean Blvd to all that Siesta Key Village has to offer.   There are plenty of varieties for anyone’s tastes or mood.

Features include a fitness center, two heated pools, security, on-site roving security, elevators in the tower buildings, wi-fi and an on-site manager.  Many units will have covered parking. Owners generally maintain their property to perfection.  There are also laundry facilities as condo units do not allow for in-unit washer and dryers.

Fees include basic cable, exterior and grounds maintenance, insurance including flood, pest control, recreation facilities, security, on-site manager, and reserves for the roofs. There is a lot of additional, updated, and unique information from the Whispering Sands Condo Association website. There is also 2014 version of "Rules We Live" by put out by the association and for your review.

There is a minimum 2 month rental period twice a year.
