Jamaica Royale Unit II – Built in 1970, these 31 units are two-bedroom, two-bath with 921 square feet each.
Jamaica Royale Apts – This gulf front building is where the views are! Units are two-bedroom two-bath with approximately 1,194 square feet. This six story building was built in 1967.
Jamaica Royale Tower II – This eight story building was completed in 1976 with full gulf views. The 42 units are two-bedroom two-bath with 1,285 square feet. This is the newest structure with the best views. Expect this building to have stronger pricing than the older, off gulf buildings.
Of course with any managed building, much of the upkeep and repairs are done by the property manager. This includes exterior and grounds maintenance, building and flood insurance, reserves, basic cable, water, sewer and trash removal.
