The Terrace buildings has one of the better locations on Siesta Key being located beach side at the corner of Ocean and Beach Rd. There is very limited inventory so it makes sense that there aren't a lot of sold listings to see. Below are the sold beachfront condos at Terrace back three years and sorted by the most recent sale first. As with most waterfront condos, the view is the single most influential component to price and this is why there is such a variation in price. Higher floors command higher prices and those units with direct Siesta Key beach views are considered to have the best views. Units on the southwest corner are going to have the best unobstructed vies from both walls of sliding glass.
