Keeping track of the sales is one of the best ways to command up to date knowledge of both the direction and current values for Siesta Key.  When looking at units that have sold at Sea Shell, it is important to know the location of the particular unit.  The first digit indicates the floor number and the higher the floor, the higher the price.  The second two digits indicate where in the building the unit is. Units x01 will be the highest priced units as these are the only residences that have a full on gulf view as they are at the beach end of the building. They also are the largest units sporting three bedrooms.  The higher the number the further away from the beach or closer to Midnight Pass.  They all generally have balconies facing northward requiring a turn to the left to see the beach.
