Polynesian Gardens are made up of bay side villas on Siesta Key.  Recent comparable properties may be a bit of a challenge to find and hopefully, the sold villas will be a good start.  Other than square footage, and the overall condition, there is a high degree of confirmatory and consistency within the community.  One significant variation you might find encounter are the units at the back of the subdivision which have a full bay view.  This would be considered a premium feature.  Units at the entrance backing to Midnight Pass may have a negative due to the increased road noise.  These differences should be quite apparent when looking and comparing the properties that have sold.
