Living space ranges from just under 2,000 to 3,500 square feet. An exception is the owner of the largest unit which is over 5,000 square feet and spans two floors.

Units may be rented for a minimum of three months with only one rental per year.

The Water Club is pet friendly and owners are permitted two pets. The pets must be a size that can be carried through the lobby.
