Seaplace can be found at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive although the address can change based on the building your condo is located.  What you first notice is the wide open spaces between the buildings.  The setting is tropical and the manicured grounds are lush.  The property offers plenty of opportunities to stroll on the walking paths or to ride a bike without having to be subject yourself to the traffic found on the main road.  The buildings and ground have been impeccably maintained over the years.

Building stated in 1974 and the final units were completed in 1979.  Smaller 2 bedroom units start with just under 1,000 square feet and the larger units approach 1,800 square feet.  Configurations include two and three bedroom models.  Many of the units have been improved upon over the years to include granite counter-tops and tile floors.  The garden condominiums feature inward facing atrium and covered parking under the building.The gated community has secure buildings. Many units will have direct gulf views but expect these units to command a premium.
