Bayside units are typically low rise with three floors. The gulf side tower, completed in 1972, can offer some fairly impressive views all the way to the 10th floor penthouse units. Street names are Falmouth, Exeter and Chatham. The gulf side tower is located at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key.
