A spectacular long, unobstructed view of Sarasota Bay can be yours in one of these mid-rise waterfront condominiums and town-homes.  Made of three distinct properties and are manage separately while retaining some of the benefits and social activities found in only larger communities.  There are two pools, a large community center with fitness, tennis courts, and miles of walking paths.

Activities include Pilates, water aerobics, a book club along with nearly weekly ad hoc activities that cater to the owners and their interests.

For those on a budget, many off-water options exist but don’t expect there to be any compromising on the amenities that Bay Isles offers.  Town-homes offer two-car garage spaces and there is covered, secure under building parking is for condominium owners.

Small pets are allowed but be sure to check the restrictions of any particular unit as the pet policy varies.

Fairway Bay I is made up of two mid-rise buildings and fourteen townhouse buildings. Units can generally be rented out four times per year for a minimum of two months per rental.

Fairway Bay II is made up of two mid-rise and six townhouse buildings. Units here can be rented twice per year for a minimum of two months per rental period.

Fairway Bay III, frequently referred to as The Atrium is made up solely of two mid-rise condominiums. Units can only be rented once per year.
