Individual units range from 2,300 to 3,500 square feet with two, there, and four bedroom plans. Construction ended in 1990 but with all the care and design foresight, you almost feel the building is a recent build.

Being behind the gates of the Longboat Key Club also affords you the opportunity to get a few rounds of golf in. At the end of the day, there are eight on-site restaurants to choose from.
