Just before crossing the bridge over Longboat Pass to Coquina Beach is one of the most established old Florida communities called Long Beach located at the north end of Longboat Key. Spanning both the east and western sides of Gulf of Mexico Drive, there are a total of about 232 home sites built from as far back as the 1930’s all the way through some of today’s grand redeveloped parcels.

Lot sizes range up to three-quarters of an acre and home sizes are from bungalow size all the way to approximately 4,600 square feet. The style of construction varies widely and we suggest searching for similar homes and then tailoring the search to include homes with the amenities and price range you are looking for. Deeded beach access is part of ownership and the home owners association is optional.
