The Longboat Key Club underwent three months of renovations in 2010.  It has long been the destination of the movers and shakers from around the world and now today, the property has been brought to a standard which will keep these visitors coming back to enjoy Longboat Key for a long time.

Several buildings are on the sandy white beaches we are known for as well as three buildings overlooking either the golf course or lagoon.  This photo should help you determine where any of the listings at Inn on the Beach are located which makes up the resort rooms available to the public.

Buildings one, two, three, and four will all have the beach views while six and seven are low rise buildings with harbor views. All of these units are available to be placed into the resort's rental pool. Of course, being a five-star resort has some minimum requirements before being offered to the public. Owners are also permitted reserved weeks and full use of the resort amenities.

Behind the Longboat Key Club gates are several different condominiums. All have differing features and price points but all have access to the powder white sands of Longboat Key and the magnificent setting that is life on the key. Below is the list of all the condos along with a quick description. There are very few single family homes at the resort but a good place to start is at Lighthouse Point.
