Built in 1975, the building has had continuous maintenance, updates, and upgrade over the years.  Most recently, new balcony railings have been installed.  The windows and sliding doors have also been replaced and meet the latest codes.  These sorts of upgrades keep the building feeling new and fresh while also helping to reduce insurance costs.  Elevator service is also available so a quick trip to the penthouses or one of the upper floors is a breeze.

Rentals are permitted three times a year and must be for a minimum period of three months. Quite often, the owners that rent their units out will find the same tenants come back the same time year after year.
