Amenities include tennis courts, an Olympic sized heated pool overlooking the white sand beaches, a world class fitness center, a club house with a full kitchen and party room, a grilling area, heated spa, and a library. Covered parking is also standard. Fees cover flood and building insurance, on-site manager, cable, and exterior maintenance. Buildings are also serviced by elevators.

Rentals are permitted three times per year with a three month minimum. Sorry but pets are not permitted.
