Marina Tower Condos for Sale

Marina Tower is one of the newer and most highly sough after condominium buildings on the Sarasota Downtown Water front.  Only 44 of these prized units exist and from time to time, you might find there are none available on the market.  Located at 1233 Gulfstream Drive, the 15 story building features unmatched views of the bay front, Marina Jack and the John Ringling Bridge.   Eleven floor plans exist and there are three deluxe penthouses and two townhomes that were all the envy in 2001 when construction completed.  There really isn’t a bad view from any of the ultra-luxurious units on what we like to call “marina row.”

Location wise, you cannot beat the easy walk for the art, theatre or restaurant aficionado.   You are well within walking distance of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, the serenity of Selby Gardens, and the aquatic adventures of having you own boat docked at Marina Jack.

A resident here expects to find at least 10 foot ceilings and marble floors.  Square footage for the majority of the two-bedroom two and one-half bath homes will start at the 1,700 range and three-bedrooms will hover right around 3,000.  The three penthouse units will be from 3,900 to over 5,000 square feet on two floors with four bedroom and three full baths.  Kitchens are appointed with nothing but the finest solid surface counter tops and upscale cabinets.   Use of large windows brings the bay front scenery to life in every corner of the space.  Master suites are large with an abundance of closet space.  Double sinks, separate shower and of course a whirlpool tub are all standards.  The attention to detail and finish is world class.

Some of the amenities include 24 hour concierge service and valet, advanced security services, a well appointed conference room, fully equipped catering kitchen, a well provided library and TV room, heated pool, spa, and sauna.  Fees also include cable, flood insurance, grounds maintenance, the uber-modern state of the art fitness facility, security, water and sewer.  The front desk is always staffed and there are guest rooms available if you have few too many visitors.

Two pets are allowed within reason without any weight restrictions.  Units can be rented however; the policy is for annual rentals only. The condominium is also a member of the Downtown Sarasota Condo Association which promotes the interest of downtown condo owners.
