Amenity Level features include a luxury appointed lounge with a fully equipped bar, private wine lockers, an elegant board/dining room, an owner’s theatre with the highest quality equipment, a state of the art fitness facility, spa, steam, and sauna rooms, and a fully equipped catering kitchen.  A brick paver deck, poolside cabana with a wet bar, gas grills, and a covered eating area, surrounds the large heated pool.  All of this pampering is set amongst the back drop of a lush tropical setting.  There are also a limited number of boat slips for the exclusive use of residents.

Another most unusual and desirable feature of Beau Ciel is the unique partnership with the Hyatt.  How many condominiums do you know of that the owners can call up room service and have in in-room meal delivered?   For residents, this luxury service is offered exclusively and at reduced rates.  This is living on a different scale.

Owners can rent out their units twice a year for a minimum of 90 days per rental.  Yes, the building is pet friendly and you can have up to two small to mid-sized friends.
