Broadway Promenade - Sarasota Downtown

Broadway Promenade is one of the newer Sarasota downtown condominiums.  Located at 1064 North Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, you will find one-hundred and eighty-eight luxurious yet affordable condominiums which were built in 2007.  This north trail location is right across the street from the Van Wezel, Centennial Park, and the Sarasota Bay front.  The Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is just 10 minutes away as is the John Ringling Museum of Art, St. Armands Circle, Longboat and Lido Keys.  Units will have either a city or bay view depending on the location.  Another unique feature is the Publix grocery store, restaurant and boutiques that are on-site.

Residents enjoy some of the most luxurious accommodations and amenities such as a heated pool and spa, state of the art fitness center, library and club room with billiards, and a separate mailroom.  Covered parking is secure and each unit, depending on size, will have one or two assigned spaces.  There’s also a guest parking.  Monthly fees include insurance, maintenance, a staffed front desk, security, an on-site manager, basic cable, and trash removal.  There are also two guest suites available should the need arise.

Entry level units will start at approximately 800 square feet and will come with one bedroom and one bath.  The largest units will be as large as 2,100 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths.  Kitchens will have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The bedrooms are large and the master suites open to the large balconies.  Some of the larger units have two balconies.  There are also walk-in closets and master baths with double sinks.
