Construction began in 2006 and continues through today.  Homes range from just under 1,400 square feet up to more than 2,700 square feet.  Expect smaller homes to have two bedrooms with a den.  Larger homes have up to four bedrooms and three full baths. 

Designs are open with high ceilings and lots of glass to bring in the Florida sunshine.  Some of the many features include the latest and most modern kitchens with Corian or stone countertops and stainless steel appliances.  Homes will also have two- or three-car garages, stunning master suites with dual sinks and whirlpool tubs.  There also may be a private pool and loads of tile throughout. 

Premium lots will back to a lake or preserve. The schools are Taylor Ranch Elementary, Venice Area Middle, and Venice Senior High School.
