You can search for homes based on your price range and area just like any other site.  You also can search for waterfront, deed or non the restricted areas, gated communities, homes and condos with pools, canal and beachfront homes.  You can also specify the type of construction like block or stucco.  We also added the ability to eliminate short sales by popular request.  We have all the foreclosure properties available at your fingertips.  Don't worry aout searching just for foreclosures, if there is a foreclosure that meets your selection criteria, we provide that automatically.  Our database is updated daily and includes all listings from every area real estate broker.

When you find the list of homes that you like, you can save the search by clicking the button that the upper left hand corner.  You can sort you list by price or by the newest listings.  You can also save as many searches as you like.  What we will do is send you by e-mail new property listings and price reduced homes every day or weekly.  It’s just that simple.
