The Beach Residences Luxury Condos

When the absolute best is what is expected from a beach front residence, the choice has to be the Ritz Carlton managed Beach Residences on Lido Key. Just 88 residences make up this superbly finished condo with features like dual terraces, 10 foot ceilings, and the highest level of finishes. Least not are the sunsets and city views at night. Ahhh those southwest Florida gulf sunsets!

For a round of Golf, of course there is the Ritz-Carlton Golf course located just 13 miles inland at Lakewood Ranch. The Tom Faxio designed 18 hole par 72 course might just be an unexpected diversion from all the tropical surroundings. Choices can be a good thing! 

Since construction ended in 2005, The Beach Residences has become renowned as thee destination to be when, in life, you have arrived. Residential condo owners have plenty choices. Units are served by private elevator and range from smaller one-bedroom two-bath up to four-bedroom three-bath units ranging from about 2,000 to 5,000 square feet. Larger units can also offer both beach and Sarasota city views but in either case, the views are spectacular.  Ten foot ceilings are standard as are hurricane rated windows and doors.  Dual terraces are also part of the design…again, it’s all about choices!

Naturally, the property is fully staffed with security in this gated property.  Under-ground parking is just something you would expect.  Just some of the amenities include a board room, billiard room, guest suites, the Beach Club Grill for terrace dining and a tiki bar for a quick refresh after wading in the warm gulf waters.  If the weather isn’t cooperating or maybe it is time to get out of the sun, relax in the fully appointed theater and media which features tiered seating. Naturally, when satisfying a request is not easily found from on the list of obvious list of amenities, there is a 24-hour concierge there to take care of those little requests that can make for an exceptional stay.

Located at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, the area around is definitely less traveled. Across the entry is the 100 acre Lido Park. Beyond the property, the road dead-ends at South Lido Park.

To the north within about a mile is St. Armand’s Circle. Known for the street side table cafes and upscale boutiques, it offers a relaxing upscale tropical atmosphere. The assortment of cuisine is enough to satisfy any taste. The smells of fresh fudge permeating the air from Kilwins is a stop you can’t pass up. Beyond the circle is the Sarasota downtown area where mode choices of dining, entertainment at VanWezel, or just waling around the park at Marina Jack. If it is about choices, the choices are endless!
