Slips that are individually owned at The Moorings on Longboat Key are held as a condo form of ownership. That means they are treated as real estate and governed by a condominium association. It just makes sense.

Showing the number of available listings for sale now as compared to the sales over the past six-months can give an idea of the market direction. Of course, slips and dock space are in a narrow space of the overall market. Not everyone owns a boat so it would naturally be a bit slower than the broad market.
