I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for all the work you did around selling my property in Sarasota.  In a city that has been hit very hard by this economy you were able to find someone willing and able to buy my property for a price that was much more than I thought I was going to get for it.  I was very lucky to find someone that was willing to go the extra distance by going to harbor and getting information when I was not able to be there physically among many other things.  I truly think you went the extra mile on this one.

I am very big on follow up and follow through and let me say that you are the best at both.  Your communication with me was outstanding.  You kept me informed at all times and provided guidance when I needed it.  You brokered the offers very well and the closing was as smooth as anyone could have asked for.  I know the property was not huge but I felt like I was selling a million dollar home.  You are very professional and easy to talk to which was comforting.
