We designed the search capability of SarasotaOne to be one of the easiest and most powerful MLS search tools on the Internet.  Our system automatically saves your first search when you sign up.  When starting out using SarasotaOne, this is probably a little unrealistic to expect you, the end user, to fully understand the capabilities of our system.

What we have found is that your first saved search may not always be the best search to save.  Many times you will find yourself doing additional searches and you may not know how easy it is to save a search.  Saving and naming meaningful searches unlocks the power of SarasotaOne.  It puts our system to work by keeping you informed every day by e-mail the new and changed listings that meet your criteria.

Our MLS Video Help Series

Today we are announcing our new series of short videos to help you utilize the full power of our system.  We recommend first taking a few minutes to look at our search overview video.  This will help you unlock the power of our MLS search and goes over the basic search, how to save, change, delete, and name your saved searches.  We also discuss how to manage your favorite properties.

Once you have the basics down you may want to look at our advanced search fields video and how to make the best use of them.  You also might want to look at how to search for foreclosures or how to do a multi-county search.
